Description
The Bullmastiff is a large-sized breed of domestic dog, with a solid build and a short muzzle.
The Bullmastiff is mastiff type dog, and was originally developed by 19th-century gamekeepers to guard estates.
The breed was created by crossing the English Mastiff with the now extinct Old English Bulldog.
Non-veg food
The Bullmastiff does well on a raw diet or on premium, high-quality commercial dog food.
Feed your Bullmastiff several small meals instead of one large one in order to prevent bloat.
Temperature
When the temperature is below 32 0F then it may cause frostbite in the dogs.
Owners should promptly take their dog to the vet when the dog is suffering from frostbite or hypothermia
Taking the Bullmastiff health for granted can be quite dangerous and risky for its life. The average lifespan of the Bullmastiff dog is 8 to 10 years.
